Phuket-PhiPhi

I was in Phuket and PP Island from 28April-2 May. It was an interesting trip. Flew 2nd time with AirAsia and 1st time to LCCT. I was a bit late and when i went to the check in counter, i saw a CLOSED signed. Not a good start for me but somehow i managed to checked in and there were at least 10 more people behind me as well.

Saw Mr G with entourage of Mat Saleh friends of his. U see, i don't know Mr G but he is a familiar face that i saw at my usual hang out place sometime. Mr G was pratically running to get a seat i suppose cause i saw almost all the kiasu Malaysians entering the 100M dash (With much exageraration for dramatcic effect) to catch and book seats. In the plane, while busy looking for a single empty seat, i saw a commotion and exchanges of "kind" words between Mr G and 2 girls! Mr G practically booked 3 seats for his Mat Saleh friends and to my dismay, the girls gave in. I suppose girls do realised not to argue with bitches. I'm dissapointed. Heheheh.

U see, this is why i hate flying with AirAsia, its not so much the airline, its the people that travelling in it. They are like MONKEYS. I suppose, when you pay, peanuts for the fares, its the MONKEYS whose flying in it.


Touched down at Phuket with a welcome rain. Checked in at Holiday Inn. A really brand spanking newly furbish hotel with a great looking room, day bed, huge balcony facing the sea. The next day, managed to hang out at Patong beach and get some sun finally before the rain caught up with me at 3 pm. Went to change for a walk in Patong and decided to get a body scrub as recommended by Lonely Planet at a place called "Lets Relax". Hmmm...what a name!

A hot looking lady greeted me and later showed me the room to change. Gave me a 3 years old underwear to put on which i decided not too.I rather be naked babe! Nah...i rather leave my underwear on. Even a 3 years old baby can't fit in it though i notice it is expandable...hmmmm.!

Later, that day, i just spend my time reading couple of books that i brought with me. PU, u must read, In Country Of Men..sob sob la. Off to PP the next day and on the journey there, met 2 Asian American girls. They are sisters but don't look alike at all. They were really funny and being a typical American, 1st time outside the country and from the Bay. (SF-Calif). I put on my fake American accent. Being typical out of collge girls, the words OMG sounds so familiar. They asked if i am from New England area? Do i sound like i am from Connecticut? Hehehhe. They promised to keep in touch after we reached PP. They are very funny actually.


Stayed in Holiday Inn at PP and the beach is really beautiful. Chatted with stunning looking couple from Amsterdam and after i told the girl, i am from Malaysia, she was on-and-on-and-on about Malaysia and how she loves it there. She seems to know more about Malaysia than i do!

The following day, i just hang out at the beach with occassional rain accompanying me. Holiday Inn PP is not a place for single people. U see many couples and families with kids, invading the hotel and it does makes me feel a bit akward during lunch or dinner time..eating alone but i seriously so used to it by now. Anyway, at dinner time, we were entertained by some dancers performing traditional Thai dancing. Looking closely, i thought i recognised the dancers...hey wait a minute, that girl was from the reception area and that guy, swear to god, he is the cleaner that clean up my room this morning. Wow, even they have to multitask and were so bad at it. Couple of white kids micmicking the dancers were funny and more entertaining than the dancers to me.

Out of PP after 2 nites there and back to Phuket before heading off to KL. In the plane, i saw ...ohh no, Mr G and the gang again sitting 3 seats infront of me. Out of no where, a girl about 5 years old screaming her lungs out and to my surprise, Mr G turn around and told off the young girl to keep her mouth shut! I just can't believe it. What is he trying to prove to his white man entourage or even to himself! Yes, the father of the child should have done or say something to her girl but Mr G action was so unnecessary! What a bitch!

I had a good time but no tan. I need another beach holiday minus the bitch.
