It was a crazy hectic week last week and i was looking forward of the weekend. Managed to run for 5KM in the gym today and did a bit of weights. NSAB and i went to BV meeting up some friends and did our bit for program initiated by VenusBuzz.com. I'm proud of you babe!
The "Community Chest & U" is made out of our charity bins placed on the concourse level of Bangsar Village, in front of Village Grocer. Food (non-perishable) and household items are collected in these bins. All you need to do is to shop for an item or items on the list provided and drop the goods in the chests. No cash or old clothes will be accepted.
On a weekly basis, the Children Homes will send us a list of their required items. This list will be published on our website as well as in Bangsar Village and their website so you’ll know exactly what to buy for the homes.
I think its a fantastic idea and such programme should be conducted as a yearly event! I'm very proud and touched by everyone's involvment especially team from VenusBuzz.
Tomorrow is my brother's birthday and we will be celebrating it with the whole family. Looking forward to catch up again with everyone.
