Got up at 6.00 am for my Mizuno Run. Pretty well organised with 3,000 over participants. The route was pretty easy with couple of downhill routes and my usual training area though i wished the run started earlier. Nevertheless, it was still a good run though i didn't clocked in my best time. I finished at 1.05 minutes and number was given to me was 1,056 out of 3,200 approximately. Definetly as a result of less run this year.
On a separate note, NSAB managed to prepare a nice Pandan Sponge Cake after 2 try. It was really good. Well done but gotta be more careful with the eggs OK!

the pandan cakes looks good. next time nak tapau and eat with vanilla ice cream at the side ;-)
