My Drug of Choice....Running

Kuching again after about 9 months i have not been there. It was all business meetings togther with RichieRich aka RR. Got there after an hour delayed flight. Lucky enough RR cancelled the lunch meeting earlier. Not much to tell except i do actually like Kuching. Its nice to get away from KL once a while and Hilton is a nice place to stay.

Done with meetings at 6.00pm and RR invited me to his beach house in Damai. I'm too lazy to go, though his driver offered to pick me up. I ended up running and RR decided to join me. Somehow over the last 3-4 weeks i've developed the passion to run..maybe its a phase.! We went running across the WaterFront and to the park in the city. It was really pleasant to run somewhere else than KLCC park. Loads of people and we went all around it and off to the main road, up a hill and pass the Kuching Museum. My adrenaline and energy keeps pushing me leaving RR far behind. He eventually managed to caught up with me when we were close to Hilton. We did about 4-5K and he was surprised that i was able to outrun him. Well we are 8 years apart.

Went to the gym after that and did 10 min stretch. Now i can feel that my hamstrings, quadriceps and glutes stretched with a minor pain...but good pain if u know what i mean. Abt 8.45pm, RR picked me up for a seafood dinner. U see, this is why i never actually loose any weights at all! Dinner was good and later we went for coffee at BINGS. RR knows that i love this place. It has a nice decor, good coffee, nice people watching place. Abt 11 pm , we decided to call it a nite and i walked back to Hilton though RR wanted to drive me back. Hmm..somehow i needed the walk. Was contemplating to have a nite run but i shudn't push it rite!

Next morning, attended 4 more meetings before headed back to KL. Boring........
