Over the weekend, NSAB and i and 6 others running friend of RitchieR, ran from our usual check point to Lake Garden. It was quite a turn out for our "Group" run, 8 of us in total and i was/am proud of NSAB as he managed to run of about 6 KM in total. That was his first long run and he did GREAT. Congrats and to many more to come i hope. Ohh..BTW, had a "nice" discussion with the security guard at my apartment about them holding my visitors ID and send them a "nice" letter today about it as well!
Been doing a lot of thinking lately about work, contemplating of buying a new place etc. Hmmm...busy week ahead, thats for sure.

It was definately a wonderful run I must say.. it felt gooooodly satisfactory..
For new runners, this group is perfect to start with. Their aura is very positive and makes u want to run more and more...
